Potato Soup

1 (15 oz) can evaporated milk
5 cups water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
6-8 potatoes
1 med onion
1 stalk celery
3 med carrots
sprinkle of parsley
1/2 stick of butter
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in any size slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours.
